Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Overview
This Refund and Subscription Policy explains the terms and conditions related to premium subscriptions, in-app purchases, and refunds for HeartAngle. By purchasing any premium features or subscriptions, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All subscriptions on HeartAngle are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by both this policy and the respective store's own policies.
2. Subscription Plans
We currently offer premium subscription tiers billed in Indian Rupees (INR):
- Weekly: ₹79 (Billed every 7 days)
- Monthly: ₹199 (Billed every 30 days)
- Quarterly: ₹499 (Billed every 90 days)
Premium Features Include: Unlimited swipes, seeing who liked your profile, 5 Super Likes per day, advanced filters, profile boost visibility, voice/video calling, ad-free experience, and priority support.
3. Payment, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
All in-app purchases are processed through your app store billing. HeartAngle does not directly collect or store your payment information.
Important: All HeartAngle subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
To cancel auto-renewal, you must do so directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Cancelling auto-renewal does not immediately end your subscription; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
4. Refund Policy
App Store Purchases
Refund requests are primarily handled by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store refund policy. You can request a refund directly from your app store within their respective timeframes (e.g., 48 hours for Google Play).
Situations Where HeartAngle May Grant a Refund:
- Technical Issues: Significant technical problems that prevented you from using premium features, not resolved within 7 days of your report.
- Duplicate Charges: Accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your authorization (must be reported within 48 hours with supporting evidence).
Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For:
- Change of mind after purchasing
- Not finding matches or desired results
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms
- Forgetting to cancel before auto-renewal
- Partial use of the subscription period
5. In-App Purchases (Boosts & Super Likes)
In addition to subscriptions, one-time in-app purchases (like profile boosts and Super Likes) are non-refundable once consumed or activated, except in cases of technical errors that prevented delivery. Unused boosts or Super Likes do not carry over if you delete your account.
